This site collects personal data only when you type it into the enquiry form yourself. It uses no cookies and does not track you in any way.
Who handles your data
The data controller is Fabrizio De Bortoli, the owner of the property advertised here. For anything concerning your data you can write to info@appartamentopratonevoso.it.
What is collected
Only what you enter in the form: name, email address, phone number if you choose to give one, and the text of your message. The phone number is optional; the other fields are needed in order to reply.
Nothing else is collected. There are no cookies, no analytics, and no profiling or traffic-measurement tools of any kind.
Why it is collected
Solely to answer your enquiry about renting the apartment and to handle any negotiation that follows. The data is not used for marketing, does not feed any mailing list, and is never sold or passed to third parties.
The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, under Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Who it is shared with
The form runs on Web3Forms, an external service that receives what you submit and forwards it by email to the controller. In this step Web3Forms acts as a data processor, and the data may pass through servers located outside the European Union. Their notice is at web3forms.com/privacy.
If you would rather avoid that step entirely, write directly to info@appartamentopratonevoso.it and your message will not pass through Web3Forms at all.
Messages received are kept in the controller's mailbox, provided by the domain provider.
The map
The map in the "Where it is" section uses OpenStreetMap. When the map loads, your IP address is sent to OpenStreetMap's servers, as happens with any image loaded from an external site. OpenStreetMap sets no cookies and does no profiling. Their notice is at osmfoundation.org.
How long it is kept
Messages are kept as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting rental. They are deleted at the latest within twelve months of the end of the exchange. You can ask for them to be deleted sooner, at any time.
Your rights
You may at any time ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to processing, or receive it in a portable format, under Articles 15 to 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. You may also withdraw consent already given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
An email to info@appartamentopratonevoso.it is enough to exercise these rights. If you believe the processing breaches the rules, you may complain to the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of any kind, neither technical nor profiling, and stores nothing in your browser. That is why there is no consent banner: with nothing to consent to, asking would only be an annoyance.
